This discount is good for mileage and time charges only, and does not apply to taxes or other customer facility fees. This discount cannot be combined in conjunction with any other discounts. National Car Rental may offer a discount for military personnel. For this discount to apply, you will need your military ID. You'll be charged full price if you do not present your military ID. You can't combine the discount with any other coupon or promotion.
To be eligible for the discount, you must be a current member or a veteran. Civilians are not eligible for the discount. It's applicable to active and retired military personnel and their spouses or registered dependents who show a valid dependent ID card.
